I’ve proudly called North Carolina home for the past 27 years. I’ve owned homes in Raeford (Hoke County, near Fort Bragg), Youngsville (Franklin County), and now live in Raleigh (Wake County). As a homeowner myself, I understand the joy, stress, and everything in between that comes with real estate.

Listing homes is my ultimate love in real estate! I believe in honest pricing and simple, minimal staging that makes a home feel warm, welcoming, and inviting! I help my sellers declutter, prepare, and showcase their homes so buyers can picture themselves living there. I fiercely negotiate to help my sellers achieve the best possible outcome and actively market my listings, including hosting regular open houses until we get that SOLD sign.

I’m equally passionate about working with relocation buyers moving to North Carolina. Whether you’re coming from another state or simply moving to a new area of North Carolina, I love helping buyers learn about different communities, explore neighborhoods, and find a place that truly feels like home. Relocating can feel overwhelming, so my goal is to make the process easier, more organized, and even fun.

I genuinely love the Raleigh/Durham and surrounding areas for their vibrant communities, great food, and endless things to do.
