For over a decade, Karen has helped agents, buyers, and sellers confidently navigate the real estate journey. As a Realtor®, Success Coach, Director of Agent Experience, and Office Leader, she brings clarity, strategy, and support to every step of the process — whether you're purchasing your first home, scaling your real estate career, or selling with confidence.

Before moving to Charlotte and becoming a real estate advisor, Karen spent 14 years in the Social Services field as a Juvenile Probation Officer and Child Services Caseworker. Working with families in crisis and guiding youth through some of life’s toughest challenges gave her a strong foundation in loyalty, confidentiality, and advocacy — qualities that continue to define how she serves her clients and team.

Karen transitioned into real estate to help others experience the joy and possibility of homeownership. She’s since helped countless families and clients achieve their goals through her deep knowledge of the market, skilled negotiations, and trusted relationships with lenders, attorneys, and vendors.

Karen is not just passionate about real estate — she lives it daily alongside her husband Mike, who is also a Realtor®. Together, they’re raising a family that includes their children and three energetic German Shepherd furbabies. Whether she’s coaching agents, guiding clients, or throwing the ball to Laila, Arya Stark and Bear Wolf, Karen leads with compassion, professionalism, and purpose.
