About Passion

Passion is a Midwest native and military 'brat' who has lived in many cities across the United States (including Hawaii!) however, she has called Charlotte home since 2012. She is a graduate of Florida A&M University where she learned the power of building quality relationships and the art of getting things done! It was during her undergraduate years in 2002 that she developed a love for real estate/property management and began working for a local property management company. Since relocating to Charlotte, she has witnessed the magnificent growth across the area and has helped several families navigate the relocation within or to the Queen City.

Real Estate is more than buying/selling property and one of Passion's goals is to ensure her clients understand every aspect of their transaction, equipping them to make a confident decision. Being the third of seven children, Passion understands the importance of listening to all decision makers and helping them identify considerations they had not thought of based on how they expect to use the property.

When she is not supporting her Real Estate clients, Passion is a mom of two who enjoys traveling, live concerts, karaoke (you'd be surprised at the number of songs of all genres she knows!) and spending time with family and friends.
