About Rene

Originally from Iowa, I spent seven years serving in law enforcement in both Iowa and Colorado. My husband and I met while attending the police academy in Aurora, CO, and after getting married, we moved to Manhattan—his hometown.

Our time in New York deeply impacted us. My husband was working near the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001, and he tragically lost his partner that day. Witnessing such a devastating moment in a city we loved forever shaped our perspective and purpose.

A few years later, we relocated to Tennessee, and eventually made our way to South Carolina—where we've now lived for 16 years. It’s truly our favorite place we’ve called home. We’ve raised our two sons here—our oldest is a proud graduate of The Citadel, and our youngest is currently studying at Clemson.

I became a licensed Realtor in 2019 and have found so much fulfillment and purpose in helping others through the buying and selling process. I bring a background of service, trust, and integrity to every transaction. My clients know me as conscientious, hardworking, and kindhearted, and I take pride in building lasting relationships.
