Bill Cunningham
SC Realtor®

Bill and his wife Holly arrived in the Charlotte area in 2013 when Holly accepted a new position within her career at a new office location in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Before moving to the Charlotte area, Bill grew up in the Metro Detroit area where he served on the local Fire Department, went to college, and held various sales position jobs. The Charlotte area and surrounding cities provide Bill and his family something fun to do every weekend, proving their move here was a great decision.

Bill has served in the fire service for 12 years now, holding a current rank of Fire Engineer Officer with the City of Columbia, South Carolina. His wealth of knowledge obtained from his various positions held in the fire service coupled with his education make him the perfect candidate to turn stressful situations into calm ones, something he puts forth in his real estate career.

Bill has lived in Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and now Edgemoor, South Carolina. Living in these areas gives him a great overview of the current and upcoming places to live or raise a family. He considers himself familiar with York, Chester, and Lancaster counties.

When he’s not working at the firehouse or with clients, Bill can be found at home with his beautiful wife, Holly and their amazing daughter, Olivia.

Let Bill help you turn this process into something you can enjoy!
