I was born in Charlotte and raised in Mississippi.I relocated back to the Carolinas after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. I have been in the Lake Norman/Iredell County area ever since. The Charlotte area is where I continued my education and training.

I have an extremely diverse background in all aspects of customer service from being a plastic's plant supervisor to working with clients to get their cars ready to sell in an auto auction. Due to my background, I am exceptionally detail-oriented and thrive on thoroughness.
