Real estate can be many things but difficult and unenjoyable should not be the words used to describe your buying or selling experience. Seeing a happy buyer and happy seller on closing day is my top priority. I became a realtor because I truly enjoy the business. The seemingly endless options of houses and buyers' wishes keep each day unique. Helping someone find the perfect home is a one-of-a-kind experience.
I was born and raised in New York just an hour and a half outside NYC. After obtaining my bachelor's degree I continued on to earn my Masters in Counseling from The College of Saint Rose in Albany NY. My wife and I met in college and bought our first home in Albany where we started our family.
After almost 10 years of handling claims in the insurance industry, I decided it was time for a change and moved full-time into the real estate world.
My family moved from New York to North Carolina like so many others that we have met here.
We chose North Carolina for many reasons. The fantastic weather, the continuous economic growth, great school systems, and with my wife being a nurse the exceptional healthcare industry.
I have been through the relocation process and the stress that it can bring with it, I also know the importance a good realtor makes. My personal real estate transactions have helped me understand what things are most important to focus on throughout the process.
I began selling real estate because I enjoy it. The rewarding feeling of helping a client find their first home, their next home, or selling their current home is unmatched.
I would love the opportunity to meet you and to help you in your real estate journey. The best way to decide if I’m the realtor for you is to talk. Give me a call and we can take it from there.
