Obra Hogans, Jr. and Danielle Merritt Hogans moved to Charlotte in 2014 from Knoxville, TN. They have 2 daughters (Aloni and Alise), 1 son (Daxon), and 2 guinea pigs. They enjoy spending time with their children and watching their girls play softball. Family is extremely important to them. Danielle has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Tennessee HSC and currently works as a Pharmacist for Atrium Health. Obra has a BA in business management information systems from Seaton Hall University. Obra was a 4 time NCAA All American track and field athlete and a 2006 indoor World Champion. Obra is an enormous sports fanatic.

They both fell in love with real estate in 2009 when they purchased their first home. They purchased a foreclosure and completed the majority of the improvements themselves. They have an appreciation for seeing the true potential in a property. They enjoy helping others and feel it is their true God-given purpose in life.
