Iris McKoy
NC Realtor
As a Specialist in Luxury and Listings, BIC, Realtor/Broker of McKoy Property Services I am dedicated to
my craft. My dedication in real estate has recently lead to the writing and publishing
of my first book, -- The Real: McKoy's Guide to Selling Your Home. This guide is a helpful step-by-step
guide that provides great value and peace of mind to my home sellers. My attention is not limited to my
sellers, but I am constantly working on behalf of my buyers as well to ensure they find the home that
suites their needs and their budget.
In between meeting clients, showing homes, establishing lenderclient relationships, and making sure
clients are in touch with needed resources, staying abreast of market trends, updating marketing
techniques, and negotiating deals, on behalf of my clients, I still find time to attend seminars and
meetings that further my knowledge to fine tune my skills and services. Whether establishing new
contacts via networking, improving marketing techniques as our social climate changes, or just
maintaining credentials, I place high value in making sure that each client receives the best service.
It is indeed my pleasure to help you make the next move in your life. No matter if you need to:
downsize, find more space, sell because of situational occurrences, buy/sell due to job changes,
purchase an additional property, land purchases, or the like.
Give me a call so that we can get moving!
