As a resident of the Charlotte, NC area I have learned to appreciate everything this city has to offer and just how lucky we are to call it home. Prior to Real Estate I spent several years working for one of the worlds largest Recruiting and Staffing Companies. During this time I sold Engineering Recruiting Services as well as Outsourced Engineering Solutions to many Fortune 500 companies. My job was to meet with C-Suite Executives within these large global brands, ask the right questions, diagnose their business pains/needs and ultimately deliver a full-scale solution that would help them hit their company and individual goals. To this day I am beyond grateful for all the training and support my previous employer provided. The opportunity taught me how to deeply listen to the needs of the customer so I would be in position to deliver a service that truly added value. After a few years of heavy business travel and extensive time away from my family I started to wonder if I should be doing something different. Fortunately, my wife Natalie had been a Broker in the Charlotte, NC area for nearly a decade. Over the years we tackled several real estate investment projects which sparked my interest in Real Estate. However, what really inspired me was learning about gaps that exist in the market and how that affects Customers as well as Realtors. With this in mind Natalie and I decided to launch Costello Real Estate & Investments. Our mission is simple “for Costello Real Estate & Investments to be an innovative organization that is committed to bringing VALUE to our customers and team members that go beyond standard real estate transactions”. In my free time I enjoy working out, golfing, hanging out with friends and most importantly spending time with my wife Natalie and two daughters “Cailyn and Camryn”.
