Over 10 years ago I moved to Charlotte with my husband, John. We were eager to move from Northern Virginia after graduating college and we quickly fell in love with Charlotte. I entered the real estate field knowing that I had an interest in homes and décor but my passion for real estate grew faster than I imagined. I focused on helping buyers and sellers with the day to day real estate transaction; using my knowledge, patience, and understanding to create a stress free transaction. As my career grew, I started to invest in properties to renovate and sell or rent. I now have multiple rental properties and can identify a great investment and a property’s potential. I have worked with first time buyers, seasoned buyers, investors, and all types of sellers. Every transaction is unique and I enjoy learning through each one and building lasting relationships.

I worked with two real estate companies over those eight years and then I realized there was a need for a more solution based firm focusing on the client’s core needs; whether buying, selling, renting, investing, or renovating. With my husband’s business experience and my real estate experience, we joined forces and opened Costello Real Estate and Investments.

I love Charlotte and believe it’s one of the best places to live. Charlotte has so much to offer while still providing easy accessibility and affordable pricing. Now, with our two young daughters, Cailyn and Camryn we attend as many Charlotte events as possible and enjoy exploring new restaurants and attractions with friends and family (some of whom we convinced to move here).
