My name is Samuel Megahed; a proud husband and father of 3 awesome children. I am originally from Egypt and I have been living in the States for almost 12 years now. I graduated from Virginia Tech University in 2015 with a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering. I speak, read, & write in English and Arabic. The reason I am starting a real estate business is that I found potential success that can be achieved nowadays. I have the skills, knowledge, and abilities that will make me uniquely different from others. Additionally, many people in my community come to me for a word of advice when it comes to making a big financial decision like buying or selling real estate. With the support and encouragement of family and friends, I am very motivated to help more people in this new role. I take customer service very seriously and commitment is my favorite personal trait.
