My name is Thomas Deschenes, I grew up in Charlotte with a family who knows how to use a home to build relationships with one another and others. My home growing up was a place where we celebrated, cried, laughed, loved, and had lots of fun. I desire to help people find a home where they can experience joy with friends, family and neighbors.

After graduation from NC State University, I spent a little over a year living in Narobi, Kenya mentoring college students. I returned to the RDU area to continue to mentor college students where I met my wife Rachel Dechenes. We have one daughter Rosie who is a gift to each of us.
