Traci Weber
Transaction Coordinator

A recent transplant to the Charlotte area, Traci Weber brings more than 15 years of office administration experience to the Costello Real Estate and Investments team. Prior to coming on board, she helped build and run her family’s longstanding Cincinnati window cleaning business, managing everything from estimating and scheduling, to accounts payable and receivable, customer service and process automation.

At Costello, she coordinates all compliance and transaction paperwork, seamlessly moving contracts through the buying and selling process with unmatched attention to detail. As a licensed NC/SC realtor herself, she brings key insights and knowledge that allow her to not only manage everything more efficiently but also better support agents behind the scenes.

Unfailingly honest, kind and dependable, Traci’s an eternal optimist with a smile that lights up a room. In her spare time, you’ll find her hiking with her sweet dog, Jax, building bonfires/smuggling s’mores to her grandkids or ruling the cornhole boards.
