Tyler Smith
NC Realtor®

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, I bleed orange and brown. Living in Charlotte for the past 10 years, I’ve had the chance to see the city boom with growth and I know my way around the Queen City better than anyone. I like to think I’m the perfect combo of Southern Charm and hard-working Midwestern values.

After earning my bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising from East Carolina University (Go Pirates!), I worked in the corporate retail space before moving into sales in the Modeling & Acting Industry. These experiences prepared me for my true love of real estate and I’ve used my skills of making spaces beautiful and working with people to find the perfect fit for my clients.

In my spare time, I enjoy working out, traveling, spending time with friends and family, discovering new spots around town and hanging with my Yorkie, Brooklyn.

While buying and selling can be a stressful time, I like to keep things calm and even bring in a little fun when I can. There’s no better feeling than seeing their happy faces when deals close.
