About Rasheda

After pursuing my dream career of becoming a licensed real estate agent over 15 years ago, I decided to take time off after becoming a new mom to raise my family. Now that my two beautiful children are older, I am excited to be back as a full time professional Realtor® doing what I love which is helping my clients dreams become a reality. It is my goal to become my clients lifelong trusted real estate advisor. It will be my pleasure to assist you with your real estate needs, my mission to provide you with exceptional service and my goal to exceed your expectations. With a background in financial services and real estate, I will provide a high level of service.

Having my bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, I fully understand the complexities and importance of navigating through each part of the real estate process with excellent communication skills. I understand the art of negotiation and the essential role this plays in ensuring a seamless transaction. I value the importance of effective listening to understand your needs through out the entire process and to ensure I protect your best interest from start to close.

When I am not working with my clients, you will find me spending quality time with my family. My husband and I enjoy traveling and taking vacations to the beach with our children and golden doodle. Whether we are watching our children play soccer, swimming, or playing fetch with our golden doodle we find fun and laughter in every moment. As a plant based, vegan family we love to indulge in delicious vegan finds at local restaurants in support of small businesses.

As a Real Estate Professional, I will work diligently to help you navigate the ever changing Charlotte market and surrounding areas by keeping an eye on the current market trends and providing you with the most up to date information. I will utilize my wealth of knowledge in analyzing legal documents as it relates to contractual verbiage.
